Hannes Verschueren

Born and raised in a small farmer village just outside Leuven, Belgium, to two doctors. Moved around a lot since (Vancouver, Copenhagen, Berlin, Munich, London, SF). All of the coolest things I have done in my life so far, and that I enjoyed most, have been with small teams of excellent people, working on big, meaningful, hard things: becoming a basketball champion, winning the Diplomacy World Championship twice, playing at Europes 2nd biggest music festival and starting two companies. Small teams, big dreams. I constantly seek out those environments. A few weeks were enough for me to notice I wouldn't find this in the corporate world. Disillusioned, I started my own ventures. I geek out on anything health and longevity, read a lot of non-fiction, and write occasionally.
